a275531eef content-이미지생성 시퀀스 폴링 방식으로 변경 
- ContentCreated 이벤트 발행 제거 (Consumer 없음)
- 폴링 방식으로 결과 조회하도록 명시
- 불필요한 Kafka Producer 참여자 제거
