fix: Meeting 서비스 컴파일 에러 수정

Browse Source 
- MeetingAiController의 메서드 호출 오류 수정
  - getAgendaSectionsByMeeting() -> getAgendaSectionsByMeetingId()로 변경
  - AgendaSection의 todos, pendingItems가 JSON 문자열이므로 null로 처리
  - getSummary() 메서드가 없어 aiSummaryShort 사용
- GitHub Actions 빌드 에러 해결
