- ParticipationController: @RequestMapping("/api/v1") 추가
- WinnerController: @RequestMapping("/api/v1") 추가
- 모든 API 경로가 /api/v1/* 형태로 변경됨

변경된 API 경로:
- POST /api/v1/events/{eventId}/participate
- GET /api/v1/events/{eventId}/participants
- GET /api/v1/events/{eventId}/participants/{participantId}
- POST /api/v1/events/{eventId}/draw-winners
- GET /api/v1/events/{eventId}/winners
